Pilot licensing course
The pilot licensing course consists of 2 parts:
Part 1 (practice) € 450,-
40 altitude flights
After at least 40 altitude flights, entered in a logbook and confirmed by a flight school you are permitted to enter the next level of the course.
Part 2 (theory) € 450,-
Takes around 3 days.
The theory lessons will be about meteorology, aerodynamics, flight practice, terrain knowledge, equipment knowledge, first aid and rules and regulations. The course finishes with a written (multiple choice) exam.
You will also have to perform an exam flight. The pilot license allowes you to fly everywhere. Ofcourse this license is also acknowledged in Germany and Switzerland. In the price all exam costs are included, equipment is not included.
